Yes I have been gone for a while school as pretty hectic at the moment and unfortunately that is my priority. But in the mean time, I made a smoothie bowl this morning and wanted to share if with you all. Enjoy!
I just looked up some smoothie bowl recipes and mix and matched with what I had in the kitchen.
1/3 greek yogurt
1 cup of frozen mangos
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup strawberries
Obviously you can change it around to suit your dietary needs.
I just blended that until is was roughly smooth and topped it with banana, white chia seeds, almonds and apple.
Hopefully you get some inspiration from this post! It’s definitely a fun activity and makes you motivated to make yourself breakfast.
